Industry Speaker - Juliette Link

2017 Radical Research Summit Just Say No (to Research)

One of the hardest things I've had to do as a user researcher is to make a recommendation to not do any user research. In this talk, I'd like to review a large project I undertook to better understand the target users for the Innovation team at BCLC. I'll dig into how (and why) I completed that work without doing any user research specifically for that project. The talk will also cover a few other cases for saying 'No' to user research.
